3. User Roles and Responsibilities

• Job Seekers: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Recruiters: You agree to represent your organization honestly and to post positions that are genuine, current, and compliant with local labor laws.

4. Platform Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Chakuri Bazar or the interests or property of its users.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the platform designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service.

5. Content Ownership

When you provide content (like job postings or resumes), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights you have in the content.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chakuri Bazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
