Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategies that align with YPSA-CPI's vision and goals. * Architect and refine project-specific indicators, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation plans to drive data-driven decision-making. * Drive the design and implementation of health information systems, leveraging technology to enhance data management and inform national health strategies. * Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration, compiling and disseminating insights across the organization and partner networks. * Provide technical expertise to ensure high-quality documentation, data analysis, and reporting, and develop dashboards to showcase program achievements. * Lead the development and implementation of YPSA-CPI's monitoring and evaluation system, policies, and processes, ensuring data quality and integrity. * Manage and mentor the M&E team, coaching them to optimize productivity, build capacity, and achieve organizational goals. * Oversee the preparation of documents for ethical review, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Develop and maintain M&E documents, records, and reports, providing ad-hoc support to stakeholders as needed. * Deliver training and capacity-building programs for M&E staff, focusing on topics such as data quality, monitoring tools, and information systems. * Conduct regular monitoring visits, perform data quality assessments, and provide guidance on best practices and context-appropriate improvements. * Supervise and support team members in implementing M&E activities, ensuring alignment with training curricula, best practices, and donor agreements.

Requirements

Experience

At least 5 years

Education

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Business Administration, Economics, Public Health, Social Sciences, Population Science, Demography, MIS, or a related discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Science, Business Administration, or related fields

  • NGO experience
