Officer - Wastage Management

* Spearhead inventory management operations, overseeing the intake, distribution, and storage of surplus garments, production rejects, and stock lots in the warehouse. * Architect a stock segregation system, categorizing leftover items by quality, defect type, and order, to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory lists. * Drive reporting excellence, generating detailed daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, as well as closing reports for each order, to inform business decisions. * Lead stock lot sales initiatives, identifying and engaging with customers to secure optimal prices and minimize company losses. * Foster strong relationships with local and international customers, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. * Ensure quality control excellence, streamlining Q.C., finishing, and packing processes for leftover items to meet customer expectations. * Champion compliance, adhering to and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
