* Spearhead product development initiatives for a diverse range of categories, including Cosmetics, Personal Care, Toiletries, Household, and Hygiene products, driving formulation, commercialization, and continuous improvement. * Architect and optimize product formulations through rigorous laboratory testing, pilot batches, and production scale-up, ensuring seamless transition from concept to launch. * Drive prototype development, product evaluation, and benchmarking, conducting compatibility studies and performance assessments to inform product development decisions. * Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely execution of development projects, aligning with business objectives and project timelines. * Champion product optimization efforts, focusing on formulation improvement, performance enhancement, cost reduction, and innovation deployment to drive business growth. * Stay at the forefront of industry trends, researching emerging technologies, innovative ingredients, and market shifts to inform product development strategies. * Develop and implement product specifications, test procedures, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Brand & Marketing, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams, to drive product development and launch activities. * Foster strategic partnerships with suppliers, technical consultants, and external experts to introduce cutting-edge technologies and materials into the product pipeline. * Investigate product quality issues and consumer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement technical improvements, driving continuous learning and process optimization. * Develop and review technical documentation, including product specifications, formulation documents, and test methods, to ensure compliance and quality standards. * Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards are met, supporting product claims substantiation, stability programs, and product safety evaluations. * Contribute to product development planning, project prioritization, and resource allocation, driving business growth and strategic objectives.
