Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead day-to-day administrative operations across multiple facilities, driving seamless execution and optimal resource utilization.
* Architect and implement administrative policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a safe, disciplined, and efficient work environment.
* Oversee facility management, including space planning, maintenance, renovations, and utility services, to ensure uninterrupted support and infrastructure integrity.
* Drive transport and logistics operations, managing vehicle fleets, fuel consumption, and schedules to achieve cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions.
* Lead security and compliance efforts, supervising personnel, maintaining security systems, and ensuring adherence to local laws, labor regulations, and industry standards.
* Foster strategic relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure value-driven partnerships.
* Design and deliver employee support services, including facilities management, event planning, and employee engagement activities, to enhance the overall employee experience.
* Develop and manage administrative budgets, optimizing costs and ensuring effective resource allocation to drive business efficiency.
* Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, utility providers, and law enforcement agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting licensing and documentation activities.
* Leverage strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive team performance, manage vendors, and resolve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
