* Architect and deliver high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter, driving business growth in the fintech and AI space. * Design and implement innovative features for fintech and AI-oriented products, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal performance. * Integrate internal and external APIs, services, and verification systems, such as KYC and liveness checks, to enhance application functionality and security. * Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement mobile architecture, ensuring scalable and modular solutions. * Develop and maintain reusable verification modules, and integrate React-based modules into Flutter applications, promoting code reusability and efficiency. * Drive UI development based on ready-made designs, optimizing application performance, stability, and user experience. * Lead the optimization of application performance, stability, and scalability, ensuring high-quality and reliable mobile applications. * Manage and maintain scalable and modular mobile application architecture, adhering to Clean Architecture principles and best practices. * Participate in technical decision-making, documenting solutions and collaborating with international team members to drive project success. * Foster a culture of innovation, experimenting with new technologies, such as AI-driven applications, and camera/photo/video functionality, to stay ahead of industry trends. * Ensure excellent communication, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members, document technical decisions, and participate in English-speaking meetings.
