Retail Business Associate - (HR Contractual)

* Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships through direct sales and field visits * Lead the sales of deposit products, such as Savings, Current, and Term Deposits, and identify opportunities for House Financing Loans and other Retail Loan products * Achieve and exceed assigned business targets for deposits and loans, ensuring consistent performance and revenue growth * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to capitalize on them * Build and maintain a strong network of customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer loyalty and retention * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Branch and relevant units, to ensure seamless processing and disbursement of loans and deposits * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share, staying ahead of the competition and driving business success
