* Drive high-quality maternal healthcare services, collaborating with clinical staff to deliver comprehensive emergency and primary care. * Lead infection prevention and control efforts, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff. * Deliver direct clinical care, including antenatal and postnatal services, family planning, and reproductive health support. * Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring seamless continuity of care. * Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and equality, upholding MedGlobal's Code of Conduct and values. * Develop and implement effective health education programs, promoting healthy practices and disease prevention among patients and communities. * Conduct health research and analysis, informing evidence-based practice and program development. * Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge in maternal healthcare. * Collaborate with the Medical Coordinator and Project Coordinator to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. * Drive administrative management, including reporting, data management, and basic administrative tasks. * Ensure compliance with MedGlobal's Child Protection Policy, Discrimination, Abuse, and Harassment Policy, and Code of Conduct. * Architect and implement quality improvement initiatives, enhancing patient outcomes and experience. * Build strong relationships with patients, families, and communities, promoting trust and confidence in MedGlobal's services.
