Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development of innovative garment accessories, driving customer satisfaction through timely sampling, approval follow-ups, and on-time delivery of high-quality products. * Architect and implement customer-centric strategies, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and exceed expectations. * Lead the creation of service standards and competitive advantages, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused excellence. * Drive the development of customer relationships, leveraging regular discussions and negotiations to establish a reliable, quality-driven, and customer-oriented vendor base. * Manage the coordination of customer-driven product development activities, ensuring accurate recording and dissemination of customer requirements to relevant departments. * Champion customer satisfaction, delivering innovative merchandise identification products that consistently meet or exceed defined quality and support requirements. * Analyze customer expectations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing quality and service enhancements that drive business growth and customer loyalty. * Collaborate with product development, production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure cost efficiency, consistent product quality, and exceptional customer experience.

  • Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently

  • Customer conveyance capacity
  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bangla
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
