Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the expansion of international export markets and cultivate a robust network of overseas buyers and partners • Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with foreign buyers, distributors, and business partners to drive growth • Oversee the entire export order lifecycle, including shipment scheduling, documentation, and payment collection to ensure seamless execution • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, shipping lines, banks, and C&F agents, to optimize export operations and resolve issues • Ensure adherence to export regulations, international trade procedures, and compliance standards to mitigate risks • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of export market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity • Architect and implement data-driven export sales strategies to propel international business growth and revenue • Drive business insights through the development of monthly, quarterly, and yearly export performance reports and market analysis to inform strategic decisions

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Export/International Sales & Marketing
  • Hands-on experience in FMCG export operations
  • Existing international FMCG client base and strong overseas buyer network
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Good relationship management and business development capability
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email correspondence
  • Smart, proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional
