Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by achieving monthly targets and expanding the customer base in Dhaka Metro, Outside of Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet areas.
* Develop and execute a dealer acquisition strategy to onboard new partners and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
* Foster strong connections with key stakeholders, including core dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and customers, through regular communication and market visits.
* Conduct daily market visits and follow-up calls to stay informed about client needs and market trends.
* Deliver timely sales reports and insights to the line manager to inform business decisions.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve shared objectives and support cross-functional initiatives.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
* Implement effective credit management strategies to minimize risk and ensure timely recoveries.
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and dealers to drive loyalty and retention.
* Monitor and evaluate personal and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Identify and prioritize key customer relationships, delivering personalized service and support to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
* Process sales orders, manage payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping and signature collection.
* Explore new market opportunities and potential sales channels, presenting products and services to prospective customers and partners.
* Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting products and services to existing and future markets, and providing a bridge between the company and its customers.
* Develop and maintain a network of dealers and distributors through regular sales visits and face-to-face engagement.
* Embody a flexible and adaptable approach, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as required by the head of department.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Masters/Bachelors degree with a Major in Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Must have minimum 05 years’ experience in selling electric
- Capable to monitor and lead a group of sales representative
- Punctual, responsible and meet deadlines
- Achieve sales target per month and per year
- Flexible & capable to tour anytime anywhere in Bangladesh
