Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by fostering strong relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones to meet targeted sales volumes.
* Architect daily action plans, tailored by territory and product, to propel progress toward monthly sales objectives.
* Prospect new business opportunities by visiting potential dealers and identifying untapped markets.
* Manage the effective deployment of promotional materials to dealers and end-users, ensuring maximum impact.
* Lead and oversee the performance of territory officers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of duties and responsibilities.
* Deliver timely and accurate daily reports to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
