Support Function Executive

* Drive business growth by promoting banking products and services under the Agent Banking umbrella, educating channel partners, and fostering strong relationships. * Lead Agent onboarding efforts, collaborating with Branch teams to ensure seamless integration and providing support to resolve Agent queries. * Architect and execute strategies to achieve Agent budget targets, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement. * Manage compliance and perform regular health checks on the Agent network, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and identifying potential risks. * Oversee and resolve channel complaints, liaising with product management teams to address issues and improve overall customer experience. * Develop and implement training programs for new team members, aligning with regional teams to ensure successful onboarding and knowledge transfer. * Ensure high visibility of Agent Banking initiatives through effective monitoring of Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) and other marketing channels. * Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, escalating issues as needed to minimize disruptions and maintain business continuity. * Champion regulatory compliance, ensuring fulfillment of all requirements and maintaining a culture of adherence within the team. * Facilitate smooth business transitions, driving change management and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
