Key Responsibilities
* Drive national revenue growth and commercial sustainability by architecting and executing a comprehensive sales and market expansion strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
* Spearhead diversified revenue growth across multiple channels, including retail, dealer, institutional, NGO, corporate, and government segments, to propel business expansion.
* Develop and lead long-term market entry and scale-up strategies for cleantech, agro, EV batteries, and renewable energy solutions, capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities.
* Leverage operational strengths to create commercial advantages and monetization opportunities, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
* Own and manage P&L for assigned business segments, including revenue, margins, cost optimization, and cash flow, with a focus on delivering exceptional financial performance.
* Set and track annual revenue, margin, and growth targets, implementing clear accountability mechanisms to ensure achievement of business objectives.
* Strengthen credit, collection, and financing models, such as EMI, leasing, and partner financing, to cater to the unique needs of rural markets.
* Oversee and optimize dealer and distribution strategies, encompassing productivity, coverage, and profitability, to drive channel excellence.
* Institutionalize dealer performance management, incentives, territory rationalization, and capability development to enhance dealer network effectiveness.
* Expand and professionalize direct sales and institutional sales channels to boost revenue and market penetration.
* Provide executive leadership for B2G, donor, and development partner tenders, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
* Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, donors, and development partners to secure new opportunities and revenue streams.
* Lead cross-functional teams to pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and expansion into new markets and segments.
