Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and implementation of business excellence frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness. * Architect and lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives, identifying gaps and opportunities for growth across departments. * Drive performance optimization by monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. * Conduct comprehensive internal audits, process reviews, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain, to drive business performance and growth. * Champion automation and digitalization initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive innovation. * Develop and present insightful analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform management decisions and strategic planning. * Partner with senior leadership to support strategic planning and execution of organizational goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Establish and maintain robust documentation and process standardization across departments, ensuring consistency and quality. * Design and deliver training and awareness sessions on process improvement and quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

Experience

7 to 10 years

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Additional Requirements

  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical organization is mandatory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and team management capabilities
