Consultant (Clinical Pathology)

* Analyze laboratory data across multiple disciplines, including hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and molecular pathology, to deliver precise diagnostic insights. * Partner with physicians and surgeons to provide expert interpretation of test results, informing treatment decisions and driving patient care. * Champion quality control and assurance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines, such as NABL and CAP. * Lead technical teams, including pathology technicians, to optimize laboratory operations, accuracy, and turnaround times. * Validate complex or abnormal laboratory results, ensuring accuracy and reliability before finalizing reports and releasing them to stakeholders.
