Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead SEO strategy development and execution to drive business growth and expansion
* Architect technical SEO solutions, ensuring seamless site architecture, crawlability, and indexing
* Drive keyword strategy and search intent mapping to boost content performance and ranking
* Craft and optimise SEO-driven content across landing pages, blogs, and conversion funnels for maximum impact
* Manage and scale local and multi-location SEO campaigns across diverse regions and business units
* Leverage expertise in SEO tools and analytics, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
* Monitor and report on key SEO KPIs, including rankings, traffic, and conversion rates
* Develop and implement ethical link building and digital PR strategies to enhance authority and growth
* Design, launch, and optimise end-to-end lead generation funnels, aligning with SEO and content strategies
* Manage and optimise lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring alignment with organic growth objectives
* Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing SEO, content, and analytics teams to drive business success
* Foster cross-functional collaboration with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO alignment and integration
* Drive large-scale SEO strategies across multiple brands, domains, or markets, ensuring enterprise-level scalability
* Deliver commercial impact by aligning SEO with lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth objectives
* Develop and execute integrated growth strategies, combining SEO, paid media, and funnel optimisation to maximise ROI and drive business expansion

- Strong hands-on experience across both strategic and operational SEO functions
- Proven experience in developing and scaling SEO strategies
- Advanced technical SEO expertise
- Strong experience in lead funnel strategy and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Hands-on experience managing lead generation campaigns
- Experience in local and multi-location SEO at scale
- Leadership experience in managing SEO and content teams
- Strong commercial understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI growth
- Experience with advanced SEO tools
