* Spearhead knitting and dyeing operations to drive business growth and excellence. * Scout and develop strategic partnerships with subcontract factories to enhance production capabilities. * Forge mutually beneficial agreements with vendors, negotiating optimal pricing, capacity, and lead times. * Champion quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness in all production processes. * Oversee yarn allocation, production planning, and capacity utilization to maximize efficiency. * Ensure impeccable fabric quality, scrutinizing technical parameters such as GSM, shade, shrinkage, and spirality. * Track daily production progress, identify bottlenecks, and expedite issue resolution. * Provide prompt solutions to production, quality, and delivery challenges, minimizing downtime and losses. * Develop and present insightful reports, including production updates, management information systems, and cost analyses. * Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across departments. * Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with subcontract factories, ensuring seamless communication and mutual growth.
