* Spearhead blood testing procedures, including grouping, cross-matching, and compatibility testing to ensure safe transfusions * Oversee the entire blood management process, from collection and screening to storage and issuance * Architect blood component preparation and management protocols to drive efficiency and compliance * Drive accurate documentation and inventory management of blood products to maintain seamless operations * Champion infection control and laboratory safety standards to safeguard patients and staff * Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot blood bank equipment and analyzers to ensure optimal performance * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and laboratory personnel, to respond to emergency situations * Uphold quality assurance and accreditation standards by adhering to established SOPs and guidelines
