Key Responsibilities
* Drive career development initiatives by providing one-on-one and group counseling sessions to empower youth in achieving their career goals.
* Architect personalized career plans, assisting youth in crafting resumes, cover letters, and interview skills to enhance employability.
* Deliver orientation and workshops on job search techniques, career planning, and workplace readiness to equip youth with essential skills.
* Foster strategic partnerships with employers, establishing and managing Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) to facilitate youth employment and on-the-job training opportunities.
* Identify and leverage individual strengths, skills, and career aspirations of youth participants to inform tailored support services.
* Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to bridge the gap between education and employment.
* Cultivate relationships with private sector companies, industry associations, and employment agencies to generate placement and internship opportunities.
* Facilitate access to job vacancy information, linking employers with job-ready youth and negotiating internship and apprenticeship opportunities.
* Organize job fairs, campus recruitment events, and employer-youth networking sessions to connect youth with potential employers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including training institutions, career guidance centers, and consortium partners, to align skill-building activities with market demand.
* Analyze employment trends and opportunities, working closely with project officers to inform program implementation and achieve placement targets.
* Monitor and evaluate placement outcomes, ensuring job retention and satisfaction among placed youth, and contribute to donor and project reports with accurate statistics and qualitative insights.
* Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches in employability, maintaining an up-to-date database of youth participants, job placements, and employer contacts.
* Contribute to project monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEAL) processes, preparing periodic reports on placement outcomes, challenges, and success stories to inform program improvement.

Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in job placement, career counseling, or youth employment programs
- Proven experience in private sector engagement, internship coordination, or employment facilitation
- Knowledge of labor market dynamics, youth employability frameworks, and green job opportunities
- Adequate knowledge and skills in computer applications
