Project Officer - Enterprise Development & Private Sector Engagement

* Drive the design and delivery of innovative entrepreneurship and business development training programs for youth, women, and target beneficiaries, focusing on sustainable business practices and green skills integration. * Architect the growth of cottage, micro, small, and medium enterprises (CMSMEs) by facilitating access to finance, mentorship, business advisory services, and market information. * Foster strategic partnerships with private sector entities to create employment, internship, and supply chain opportunities for emerging entrepreneurs. * Lead the development of business support plans and conduct enterprise assessments to identify areas for growth and improvement. * Facilitate collaborative dialogue between communities, SMEs, and private companies to uncover mutual business opportunities and drive inclusive economic growth. * Develop and implement inclusive business models and value chain interventions that promote sustainable development and social impact. * Manage private sector engagement outcomes, documenting best practices and lessons learned to inform future project delivery. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery, timely activity implementation, and compliance with donor requirements. * Analyze data on enterprise development and private sector initiatives, providing insights to inform project planning and decision-making. * Create compelling progress reports, case studies, and success stories that showcase project impact and achievements. * Support monitoring and evaluation teams in data collection, learning documentation, and special assignments as required. * Drive project planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
