Compliance & Sustainability Manager

• Champion regulatory adherence by navigating complex labor laws, buyer requirements, and international standards • Architect and execute comprehensive audit programs, encompassing social, environmental, and technical assessments • Spearhead the development, certification, and ongoing refinement of ISO management systems, driving excellence in quality, environment, and occupational health • Craft and deploy Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies, key performance indicators, and reporting frameworks to foster transparency and accountability • Accelerate sustainability initiatives, focusing on carbon footprint reduction, energy optimization, and waste minimization • Establish and maintain meticulous documentation and record-keeping systems, ensuring seamless audit and regulatory compliance • Detect, document, and rectify non-compliance issues, leveraging corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to drive systemic improvement • Conduct rigorous internal audits, risk analyses, and compliance reviews to identify areas for enhancement and inform strategic decision-making • Design and deliver engaging training programs, promoting awareness and expertise in compliance, ESG, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) best practices
