Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, driving the identification and hiring of top talent to fuel business growth. * Partner with hiring managers to decipher job requirements and team needs, developing targeted recruitment strategies to meet these objectives. * Architect and execute innovative sourcing plans, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels to attract high-caliber candidates. * Lead the evaluation process, meticulously screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments to identify the best fit for each role. * Foster a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of talent to meet evolving business needs. * Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience, serving as a brand ambassador and promoting the company's culture and values. * Drive offer negotiations and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and setting them up for success. * Champion employee engagement and adherence, developing and implementing initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enforce disciplinary protocols when necessary. * Design and execute employee engagement events, cultivating a sense of community and belonging among team members and reinforcing the company's commitment to their growth and well-being.

Requirements

Experience

3 to 6 years

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Additional Requirements

  • Only Female
  • Experience in IT/Tech recruitment will be given preference
  • Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search will be an advantage
