* Drive the delivery of comprehensive reproductive healthcare services, including ANC, PNC, normal deliveries, and immunizations, to empower individuals and families. * Lead counseling sessions with couples to adopt family planning methods, promoting informed decision-making and healthy relationships. * Manage inpatient care services, ensuring high-quality support and referrals for complicated cases. * Foster a culture of safeguarding, promoting a safe and respectful environment for programme participants, team members, and the community. * Architect and implement safeguarding standards, providing guidance and expertise to establish a secure working environment. * Champion the organisation's safeguarding policy, endorsing its principles and ensuring adherence among team members. * Identify and mitigate potential risks of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA). * Develop and maintain a robust reporting system, encouraging timely and transparent reporting of safeguarding incidents. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of safeguarding protocols, upholding the organisation's commitment to protecting vulnerable populations.
