Key Responsibilities
* Drive organizational growth through diagnostics, surveys, and process improvement initiatives that enhance overall performance.
* Architect HR policies, SOPs, and workflows to ensure alignment and efficiency, and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
* Lead performance management activities, including KPI tracking, calibration, and reporting to inform data-driven decisions.
* Develop compelling OD-related presentations, internal communications, and implementation briefs that engage stakeholders and drive change.
* Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and drive business outcomes.
* Foster positive employee relations through proactive communication, issue resolution, and timely feedback to ensure a productive work environment.
* Manage employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and engagement activities to promote a fair and inclusive workplace culture.
* Streamline employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exit procedures, to ensure seamless transitions.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and regulations to mitigate risk and maintain a positive employer reputation.
* Design and implement employee experience surveys, analyze feedback, and develop targeted initiatives to enhance workplace culture, engagement, and satisfaction.
* Coordinate awareness sessions, employee events, and culture-building activities that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
- Master of Business Studies (MBS)
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business / HRM / Public Administration / Economics or related disciplines
Additional Requirements
- Experience must be in HR-related functions
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with HRIS and digital workflow systems
- Ability to prepare concise management reports and decision-ready summaries
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in both Bangla and English
- Sound understanding of Bangladesh labor practices, HR compliance, confidentiality, and documentation standards
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple HR priorities simultaneously
