* Champion the promotion and sales of a wide range of banking products, including deposits, cards, loans, and services, to maximize customer engagement.

* Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
* Proactively monitor client accounts, identifying areas for support and collaborating on recovery efforts to minimize risk.
* Develop and deliver timely business reports, maintaining accurate records and informing data-driven decision-making.
* Drive sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding targets to contribute to the bank's overall success.
