Sr. Executive – IT Infrastructure & System Administration

* Spearhead the management and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure and system operations, ensuring seamless business operations and maximum system security. * Architect and implement robust network administration strategies, including planning, configuration, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks across all company premises. * Drive network performance and security by managing routers, switches, and access points, configuring VLANs, IP addressing schemes, and routing protocols, and monitoring network uptime and resolving connectivity issues. * Develop and enforce robust firewall and network security protocols, including configuring and maintaining enterprise firewalls, creating and managing firewall rules, and conducting regular security audits and incident response. * Lead server and system administration efforts, including installing, configuring, and administering Windows and Linux-based servers, managing virtualization platforms, and ensuring server health and performance. * Oversee data center operations, including maintaining server racks, UPS, PDUs, and cooling systems, managing data backup and restore procedures, and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans. * Manage and maintain IP-based CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, ensuring 24/7 availability and coordinating with vendors for maintenance and support. * Administer corporate email systems, ensuring reliable and secure communication across the organization. * Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends to drive IT infrastructure and system operations forward. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of IT systems and operations with business objectives. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure and system operations, including network topology diagrams, IP address records, and data center capacity planning records. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure and system operations, including security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols.
