Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead marketing, outreach, and student enrollment initiatives to amplify BRAC Academy's brand presence and drive growth in target districts.
* Architect and execute student enrollment campaigns, field engagement initiatives, and promotional activities to achieve annual enrollment targets and foster community engagement.
* Collaborate with design and content teams to craft high-quality marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the Academy's vision and values.
* Drive social media strategy and digital campaigns to boost engagement, brand awareness, and interaction with parents and students.
* Lead cross-functional teams, including design and IT, to develop and maintain the Academy's website, create communication materials, and design promotional pitches for key stakeholders.
* Conduct market research and community mapping to identify potential student segments, competitors, and outreach opportunities, informing data-driven marketing strategies.
* Organize and coordinate school events, open houses, and community activities to drive enrollment and parent engagement, fostering a sense of community and connection.
* Develop and review marketing reports, proposals, and concept notes to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform future marketing initiatives.
* Deliver special marketing projects and campaigns that align with strategic priorities, driving innovation and growth.
* Foster a safe and supportive work environment by promoting and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being and protection of team members.
* Provide guidance and expertise on safeguarding, encouraging a culture of transparency and accountability, and adhering to reporting procedures in case of incidents.
