* Spearhead the Human Resources function, driving strategic initiatives across the Medical College and Hospital. * Lead recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing efforts for medical faculty, consultants, and staff, ensuring seamless talent acquisition and integration. * Architect and implement comprehensive HR policies, performance management systems, and disciplinary frameworks that foster a high-performing culture. * Collaborate with clinical departments to optimize staffing levels, ensuring exceptional healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. * Drive business outcomes by reporting to the COO/Hospital Director and providing expert HR guidance to inform organizational decisions.
