* Drive the development of a robust communication and language culture across the institution, fostering a community that values confident English expression and professional language standards. * Design and deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and enrichment programs to enhance spoken English, presentation skills, and public speaking abilities among students and staff. * Empower students and staff to communicate effectively in English, promoting a culture of confident expression and active listening. * Architect and execute debates, presentations, assemblies, and communication competitions that showcase students' public speaking skills and encourage healthy competition. * Collaborate with teachers to elevate classroom communication and professional language standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience. * Monitor and evaluate communication practices in classrooms and school activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions. * Partner with Academic Coordinators, Subject Leaders, and Management to align communication development initiatives with institutional goals and objectives. * Nurture leadership, confidence, and communication excellence among students, providing opportunities for growth and development. * Develop and implement institutional communication guidelines and standards, ensuring a cohesive and professional tone across all channels. * Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication development initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. * Integrate Islamic values, professionalism, and positive communication culture into all aspects of institutional life, promoting a holistic and inclusive learning environment.
