Academic Data Analyst

* Drive data-informed decision making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex academic and assessment-related data to support institutional performance monitoring and quality assurance. * Develop and deliver insightful examination analysis reports, student performance summaries, and academic dashboards to stakeholders, enabling data-driven educational decisions. * Track and analyze academic trends, student progress, attendance, and key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and optimize institutional effectiveness. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Academic Coordinators, Examination Officers, and Management, to design and implement academic quality assurance and institutional improvement initiatives. * Uncover data-driven insights to inform management decision-making, supporting the development of strategic plans and initiatives that enhance academic excellence and student outcomes. * Design and generate KPI reports, departmental performance reviews, and result analysis to facilitate data-driven discussions and action planning. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Academic Coordinators and Examination Officers, to ensure seamless data exchange and collaborative problem-solving. * Architect and maintain digital academic records and reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality. * Identify learning gaps and inform intervention planning through meticulous data analysis, supporting targeted support strategies that enhance student achievement. * Create engaging presentations and analytical reports for leadership meetings and academic reviews, communicating complex data insights and recommendations to drive institutional growth and improvement.
