Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and implementation of seamless ER processes, ensuring business continuity and compliance with government regulations. * Oversee HR and Admin Operations, driving efficient management of premises, expenses, payroll, and benefits to ensure timely disbursement of salaries and benefits. * Architect and maintain a robust regulatory framework, securing renewals, updates, and compliance with all necessary licenses and labor laws. * Foster a supportive environment by providing logistical assistance to departments, ensuring uninterrupted operations. * Drive employee grievance resolution and disciplinary actions, adhering to BLA-2006 and BLR-2015, and collaborating with the corporate HR team to uphold organizational standards. * Lead the recruitment process, coordinating joining formalities, and verifying employee information to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. * Design and deliver annual training programs, focusing on skill development, policy updates, and code of conduct adherence to minimize grievances and violations. * Build and maintain strategic relationships with government authorities and stakeholders, ensuring the organization's operations align with national laws and regulations. * Proactively identify opportunities to enhance work efficiency and productivity across departments, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements

Experience

7 to 8 years

Education

  • BBA/MBA in HRM

Additional Requirements

  • Adequate exposure in dealing with worker grievance, and disciplinary actions
  • Thorough understanding of Bangladesh labour and industrial laws
