* Architect and implement a comprehensive internal audit plan, driving procedural excellence and adherence to standards. * Develop and deliver insightful internal audit reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement. * Lead thorough examinations of internal controls, assessing design and operational effectiveness, identifying risk exposures, and devising targeted remediation strategies. * Drive efficient and effective technical and process audits, leveraging expertise to optimize procedures and minimize risk. * Identify and address process weaknesses, designing and implementing action plans to enhance business outcomes and mitigate vulnerabilities. * Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable language, facilitating collaboration and issue resolution with process owners. * Conduct regular audit testing, providing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's business and processes, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. * Investigate and resolve special assignments and concerns as directed by Management, applying expertise and analytical skills to deliver timely and effective solutions.
