* Spearhead the development and standardization of garment washing processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results that meet targeted parameters for shade, hand feel, shrinkage, and durability. * Architect and implement customized washing procedures for diverse fabric types, ensuring strict adherence to customer specifications and requirements. * Drive quality control initiatives to guarantee consistent color, texture, shrinkage, and hand feel across all garments, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. * Optimize chemical and enzyme selection for each wash treatment, balancing efficiency, cost, and environmental considerations. * Oversee production operations to ensure seamless execution of washing procedures, identifying and addressing deviations or issues promptly. * Troubleshoot and resolve washing-related problems, such as uneven fading, stains, or fabric damage, to minimize production disruptions and maintain quality standards. * Design and conduct rigorous testing and sample development protocols prior to bulk production, ensuring that all requirements are met and risks are mitigated. * Manage detailed records of washing recipes, processes, and results, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement and optimization. * Foster collaborative relationships with production, quality control, and finishing teams to ensure aligned objectives, streamlined workflows, and exceptional garment quality.
