Key Responsibilities
* Drive technical support for clients, delivering timely solutions via remote access, phone, and on-site visits to ensure seamless IT operations.
* Lead the installation and configuration of operating systems, software applications, and peripherals, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
* Manage and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and printers, resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
* Architect and support basic networking tasks, including TCP/IP configuration, LAN setup, and router/switch configuration, to ensure robust network infrastructure.
* Monitor and resolve network connectivity and performance issues, proactively identifying areas for improvement to optimize network efficiency.
* Perform routine IT maintenance, maintaining accurate documentation of tasks and service logs to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Collaborate with senior IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging collective expertise to drive innovative solutions.
* Ensure the security and integrity of systems, implementing updated antivirus software and basic security measures to safeguard against threats.
* Oversee inventory management of hardware, software, and service records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to inform IT strategic decisions.
* Deliver ERP software support, including troubleshooting, user assistance, and training, to empower clients to maximize system benefits.
* Develop and provide basic training to clients on ERP system usage, resolving ERP-related issues and promoting system adoption.
* Participate in a roster-based, on-call duty schedule, providing flexible support to ensure continuous IT operations.
* Travel and provide support outside Dhaka city when necessary, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.

Education
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Additional Requirements
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux server environments
- Knowledge of networking concepts (CCNA / MTCNA level preferred)
- Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, VPN, and firewall configuration
- Basic experience or understanding of ERP solutions will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and client-handling ability
- Willingness to learn and grow in the IT field
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Positive attitude and responsibility towards on-call support duties
