Industrial Engineer (Garments Production)

* Spearhead the optimization of 4-5 sewing production lines, leveraging expertise in Industrial Engineering to drive efficiency and productivity in high-SMV garment manufacturing. * Architect efficient sewing layout designs and balance production lines to maximize output and minimize waste. * Drive process improvements by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, implementing effective production control measures, and streamlining workflows to prevent delays and bottlenecks. * Lead continuous process improvement initiatives, analyzing opportunities for growth and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. * Manage and mentor underperforming production lines and workers, developing targeted action plans to enhance skills and boost efficiency levels. * Analyze individual operator performance, identifying areas for development and creating customized training programs to elevate skills and expertise. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and technical departments, to develop worker skills, enhance overall efficiency, and achieve company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
