Key Responsibilities

* Drive production operations to achieve excellence in quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery, ensuring seamless compliance with industry standards. * Lead and motivate a large-scale production team to exceed daily targets, efficiency benchmarks, and cut-to-ship ratios, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. * Architect process improvements in partnership with the Industrial Engineering team, optimizing low-efficiency lines and boosting overall productivity. * Manage production schedules, ensuring timely material availability and uninterrupted operations, while proactively addressing potential bottlenecks. * Champion lean manufacturing practices, embracing new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives to propel productivity gains. * Analyze production data to identify trends, inform strategic planning, and drive data-driven decision-making. * Develop and deliver operator training programs, enhancing workforce skills and adapting to evolving product requirements. * Troubleshoot production issues, implementing swift corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize output. * Provide expert guidance and support to Supervisors and line staff, empowering them to maximize efficiency and drive operational excellence. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Management, to ensure product integrity, adherence to buyer standards, and a culture of quality. * Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible production environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of well-being.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Clothing Technology, or a related field

  • Strong expertise in high SMV garments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
