Key Responsibilities

* Drive the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks to attract top talent. * Lead the onboarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization. * Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including HR files, logbooks, and recruitment documentation. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies, mitigating risks and promoting a culture of adherence. * Design and implement targeted training and development programs that address employee needs and drive business growth. * Architect and implement HR policies that align with legal requirements and organizational objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. * Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Support performance management processes, including probation evaluations, annual appraisals, and performance feedback. * Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace issues, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary. * Develop and implement HR initiatives, including evaluations, offboarding, succession planning, and career development programs. * Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to leadership, informing strategic decisions and driving business outcomes.

  • Good at Speaking and writing in Bangla and English
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
