Project Manager

* Spearhead projects from conception to completion, driving collaboration with internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders to meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets. * Architect comprehensive project plans, schedules, and progress reports to ensure seamless execution and monitoring. * Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, technical teams, and management to facilitate open communication and issue resolution. * Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption. * Drive project activities forward, ensuring timely completion of tasks, documentation, and milestones. * Lead regular project status meetings, providing stakeholders with transparent updates and insights. * Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity. * Oversee project finances, tracking budget, billing milestones, and cost control to ensure fiscal responsibility. * Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and customer requirements. * Support audit, governance, and reporting initiatives, maintaining meticulous records and documentation. * Resolve customer escalations promptly and professionally, prioritizing satisfaction and loyalty. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, implementation records, and knowledge bases.
