Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead strategic financial planning, driving effective fund management, budgetary control, and timely account updates to fuel business growth.
* Develop and deliver depot-wise financial reports on a monthly basis, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
* Architect comprehensive annual budgets, including sales, revenue, and capital expenditures, to align with organizational objectives.
* Collaborate on preparing management and tax accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage and maintain accurate financial records within the Tally Prime system, ensuring seamless tax compliance and audit readiness.
* Oversee corporate expense allocation, documentation, and reconciliation to minimize financial risks and optimize resource utilization.
* Drive financial forecasting, cash flow management, and balance sheet analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
* Implement and maintain robust internal control systems, leveraging finance, accounts, and audit functions to mitigate risks.
* Navigate complex tax, VAT, customs, and excise duty regulations, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth interactions with government and non-government agencies.
* Reconcile critical ledger accounts, such as stock-in-transit, L/C margins, and sister concern accounts, to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
* Contribute to the development of annual budgets, providing expert financial guidance and support.
* Record and journalize transactions, including import purchases, to maintain precise financial records.
* Conduct risk management analyses, assessing organizational liabilities and investments to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and present reliable financial reports, forecasts, and vendor relationship management strategies to drive business success.
* Design and oversee the company's finance IT system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
* Embrace evolving responsibilities and assignments, adapting to changing business needs and priorities as directed by management.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
- CA (CC) from ICAB
