Jr. Officer (HR)

• Architect comprehensive training programs, leveraging feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. • Design and coordinate annual training calendars, ensuring seamless execution across departments and outlets. • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, encompassing job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. • Manage and maintain accurate personnel files, HR databases, and employee documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance. • Drive the onboarding process, crafting appointment letters and joining documentation that sets new hires up for success. • Develop and distribute timely HR reports, providing insights on recruitment, turnover, attendance, and headcount metrics. • Ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization, maintaining up-to-date HRIS/employee databases and leave registers. • Champion company policies, codes of conduct, and compliance requirements, educating new employees on expectations and guidelines. • Identify skill gaps and design targeted training initiatives, including orientation, soft skills development, and awareness programs. • Analyze and present HR metrics to management, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
