* Spearhead technical and quality operations to drive excellence in garment manufacturing, ensuring seamless execution and international standard product quality. * Architect and implement quality control processes that meet buyer requirements and global standards, fostering a culture of technical precision. * Oversee and optimize garment technical processes from concept to delivery, streamlining development, production, and shipment. * Foster cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, production, washing, and quality teams to ensure cohesive operations and shared goals. * Drive technical problem-solving and root cause analysis, leveraging expertise to resolve complex issues and improve overall efficiency. * Establish and enforce rigorous inspection standards, including inline, pre-final, and final checks, to guarantee exceptional product quality. * Develop and execute strategic quality improvement initiatives and technical standard operating procedures (SOPs) to propel continuous growth. * Cultivate strong relationships with buyers through transparent communication, addressing technical and quality concerns, and providing timely resolutions. * Mentor and upskill technical and quality team members, promoting a culture of learning, innovation, and professional development.
