* Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of RFID systems and toll collection devices to ensure seamless operation. * Architect and manage ANPR camera systems, ensuring optimal performance and real-time monitoring capabilities. * Drive the configuration and maintenance of automatic barrier gate systems, prioritizing efficiency and safety. * Troubleshoot and repair embedded hardware and IoT devices, minimizing downtime and optimizing system performance. * Manage the maintenance of toll card readers, lane controllers, sensors, and communication devices, ensuring uninterrupted toll plaza operations. * Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, performing regular health checks on field devices to prevent issues. * Diagnose and resolve networking and connectivity issues between toll devices and servers, ensuring reliable data transmission. * Collaborate with software and support teams to resolve complex technical issues, driving prompt resolution and minimal system downtime. * Create and maintain detailed maintenance reports and technical documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and process improvement. * Provide emergency technical support during system downtime, ensuring rapid restoration of services and minimal revenue loss. * Champion safety and compliance during on-site maintenance activities, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
