Key Responsibilities

* Drive training initiatives for sewing operators, quality inspectors, and production staff to enhance skills and knowledge. * Architect comprehensive onboarding programs, including orientation sewing training, to ensure seamless integration of new employees. * Lead machine operation, sewing technique, and production process training sessions to boost efficiency and productivity. * Champion Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure workforce adherence to drive consistency and quality. * Identify skill gaps and performance areas for improvement, developing targeted training programs to address these needs. * Design and deliver refresher training sessions to optimize efficiency, reduce defects, and promote continuous improvement. * Educate employees on quality standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory expectations to ensure adherence. * Foster a culture of safety, health, and well-being by providing training on workplace safety, health, and fire prevention protocols. * Collaborate with line supervisors to achieve production targets, providing support and guidance as needed. * Develop and manage training schedules, attendance records, and evaluation reports to track progress and inform future training initiatives. * Assess trainee performance through practical evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive growth. * Partner with HR and production departments to identify training needs, develop strategic plans, and implement effective solutions. * Spearhead initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality, driving business excellence and competitiveness. * Ensure responsible use and maintenance of machines and tools, promoting a culture of accountability and stewardship. * Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and industrial engineering practices, driving process improvements and innovation. * Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork, discipline, and open communication among workers. * Provide targeted coaching and motivation to underperforming operators, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. * Ensure strict adherence to buyer requirements, factory policies, and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of compliance and integrity. * Embrace additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
