Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to amplify brand presence, drive market engagement, and boost sales and market share.
* Architect and reinforce the company's brand identity through targeted above-the-line, below-the-line, and through-the-line marketing initiatives.
* Drive market intelligence gathering, analyzing customer trends, preferences, and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities and customer segments.
* Design and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing and sales plans in close collaboration with senior management.
* Lead cross-functional digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and online platforms to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
* Foster strong partnerships with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.
* Create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and presentations, to showcase the company's offerings.
* Organize and execute high-impact events, such as property fairs, customer engagement programs, and corporate events, to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
* Manage media buying and advertising activities across television, print, radio, online, and outdoor channels to optimize brand reach.
* Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors, to ensure seamless collaboration.
* Ensure consistent branding, signage, and promotional activities across all projects and touchpoints.
* Develop and manage marketing budgets to achieve cost-effective utilization of resources and maximize ROI.
* Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and sales data to refine marketing strategies and optimize results.
* Mentor and train sales and marketing teams to enhance their communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
* Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities, aligned with management objectives and project timelines.
* Support the launch of new projects, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives to drive business growth.
* Cultivate strong public relations and corporate communication to enhance the company's reputation and thought leadership in the real estate market.

Experience
5 to 8 years
Education
- Masters degree in any discipline
Additional Requirements
- 05-08 years’ experience in Marketing & Brand Management
- 02 years in similar position (preferably in Real Estate sector)
