Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
* Architect and lead high-performing sales teams to achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and corporate partners.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas to fuel growth.
* Drive market analysis, sales forecasting, and competitor assessments to inform strategic decisions.
* Oversee the implementation of CRM operations, lead management, and customer retention strategies to maximize sales potential.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute branding, promotional campaigns, and digital sales initiatives.
* Negotiate and close high-value corporate sales deals, ensuring seamless agreement execution and client satisfaction.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sales support to drive loyalty and retention.
* Develop and present sales reports, performance evaluations, and MIS summaries to senior management.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and compliance requirements.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to build brand awareness and thought leadership.
* Attract and acquire top sales talent through strategic hiring and industry networking efforts.
* Analyze sales metrics, including conversion ratios, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment, to inform data-driven business decisions.
