* Spearhead the optimization of our 2 × 660 MW coal-fired supercritical thermal power plant operations at Banskhali, Chattogram, driving efficiency and productivity. * Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives. * Manage and oversee the daily activities of the power plant, ensuring seamless operations, maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance plant performance, reduce costs, and promote sustainability. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise and best practices to achieve world-class standards. * Foster a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility, ensuring the well-being of employees, communities, and the environment. * Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth. * Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, vendors, and partners, to ensure alignment and support for business objectives.
