Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of innovative sales strategies to penetrate international markets and drive business growth. • Forge strategic relationships with key overseas stakeholders, including buyers, dealers, and distributors, to expand the company's global footprint. • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover emerging trends, preferences, and demand patterns in target regions, informing data-driven sales decisions. • Architect and negotiate sales contracts, pricing structures, and payment terms that meet the needs of international clients while protecting company interests. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, to source high-quality vehicles that meet buyer specifications and exceed expectations. • Ensure seamless compliance with complex export/import regulations, managing documentation and administrative tasks to facilitate smooth sales operations. • Drive logistics efficiency by coordinating with internal teams to arrange timely, cost-effective, and reliable vehicle shipments that delight customers. • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing detailed vehicle information, responsive support, and personalized communication that builds trust and loyalty. • Proactively manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market conditions, analyzing competitor activity, and adjusting sales approaches to stay competitive. • Nurture and expand a global network of clients through regular communication, tailored offerings, and cultural sensitivity, driving revenue growth and market share expansion. • Analyze sales performance, prepare insightful reports, and achieve revenue targets through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. • Navigate complex currency exchange and payment processes, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant transactions that protect company assets. • Represent the company as a brand ambassador at international trade shows, auctions, and client meetings, promoting products and services to a global audience. • Tailor sales approaches to meet the unique needs and preferences of diverse regional markets, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability.

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors

  • Experienced in automobile industry
