Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development of critical legal documents, including plaints, petitions, and notices, to drive effective litigation outcomes.
* Lead the filing and contesting of suits and cases on behalf of the Bank, ensuring timely and strategic action.
* Drive deposition processes, supporting court submissions with meticulous documentation and ensuring seamless collaboration with conducting lawyers.
* Foster strong relationships with external counsel, maintaining constant communication to facilitate efficient case management and deposition by bank officers.
* Architect and implement strategies for expedited case disposal, ensuring alignment with Division Head and Chief Legal Officer directives.
* Manage and coordinate cases filed against the Bank across various courts, including Labour Court, to minimize risk and optimize outcomes.
* Expedite the obtaining of certificates under section 33(5)/33(7) of Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2003, to facilitate case progression.
* Contribute to the litigation process by crafting comprehensive reports, briefs, and analyses, and assisting lawyers in preparing key case documents.
* Represent the Bank in Artha Rin suits and NI Act cases, driving successful outcomes as a plaintiff/complainant.
* Oversee the review of delinquent accounts, coordinating with appointed lawyers and law firms to drive litigation-related activities forward.
* Develop and present progress reports on pending suits and cases to the Bank's Management, Board, and Bangladesh Bank, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Navigate complex cases related to Foreign Exchange, Export Finance Division, Corporate and Large Loan, and other banking operations, providing expert guidance and support.

Education
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- LL.B. (Hons.)
Additional Requirements
- Excellent academic results
- Enrollment with Bangladesh Bar Council as an Advocate
- No 3rd Class/Division is allowed in any level of Education
