* Drive project implementation, ensuring alignment with agreements, proposals, work plans, and budgets to deliver high-quality results. * Architect detailed implementation plans, overseeing project execution, and managing resources to meet milestones and deadlines. * Lead cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, and conducting performance reviews to foster a culture of excellence and accountability. * Manage budgets, procurements, and resources, adhering to organizational policies and procedures. * Spearhead technical support and quality assurance, developing and implementing work plans, strategies, and timelines that prioritize protection, climate-resilient housing, WASH infrastructure, livelihood supports, and DRR interventions. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance with national climate adaptation policies, standards, environmental sustainability, and donor requirements, promoting a culture of innovation and climate justice. * Foster community engagement and mobilization, promoting participation of women, youth, persons with disabilities, and marginalized groups, and supporting the formation and strengthening of community groups and committees. * Monitor progress, tracking indicators and conducting field monitoring to inform data-driven decision-making. * Develop high-quality narrative and financial reports, documenting case studies, success stories, lessons learned, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and donor satisfaction. * Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and donor requirements, maintaining a high level of compliance and risk management.
